Problem with my 2002 GMC Yukon Denali!!!!!? - yukon and outside temperature indicator

If the unit during the winter, there are a lot of cold winter air from the outside and eventually the people in the front passenger foot. It seems as if anything is heated and the same temperature as the outside air.
